RULES & REGULATIONS
*Be sure to reserve space for a kayak with Yankee Freedom well in advance as they only allow 3 per day. Transport of kayaks via the Yankee Freedom.
Maximum Weight Limit per Kayak is 350LBS
Kayakers must be able to self rescue and re-enter their kayaks
Minimum age is 6 years old
Renter is responsible for any damage to equipment
GUESTS CANNOT RENT IF THEY ARE:
Pregnant
Guest with arm cast and or leg cast
Guest with back, neck, wrist, arms problems and or injuries
Guest with epilepsy, heart conditions and or dizziness
Possess or are under the influence of drugs and or alcohol
CANCELLATION POLICY
FULL REFUND for cancellations made 7 days prior to the rental time.
All cancellations made 7 days prior to the rental time will receive a full refund
All cancellations made by the rental operator will receive a full refund
Cancellations made on the same day or with less than 7 days notice are NON-REFUNDABLE
