Guest can not rent or drive if under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Understanding and reading of basic English is required to sign legal agreement
Driving range for electric cars is up to 20 miles
Electric cars require to be plugged in overnight for 24 hour rentals. Please check with your hotel to make sure they allow electric cars to be charged. If not, choose one of the gas golf carts
Cars can only be driven on roads where the speed limit does not exceed 35 mph
NO REFUNDS on Early Returns
Renter is responsible for any loss or damage to electric car

All cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled rental time will receive a full refund
Cancellations made on the same day or with less than 24-hour notice for rentals will be charged in full and ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
All cancellations made by the rental company will receive a full refund
RENTALS BOOKED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED RENTAL TIME ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
NO SHOWS will be charged in full and ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
