RULES & REGULATIONS





  • Minimum age to rent a scooter is 22 years
  • Must show a Valid Driver's License & a Credit Card for security is required
  • Renter must pass a safety check ride with a member of the Hydro-thunder staff
  • Children 16 and under are required to wear a helmet
  • All laws, rules and regulations apply to the Scooter the same as to regular vehicles
  • Guest can not rent or drive if under the influence of drugs or alcohol
  • Understanding and reading of basic English is required to sign legal agreement​
  • NO REFUNDS on Early Returns
  • Renter is responsible for any loss or damage to the scooter


CANCELLATION POLICY





  • All cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled rental time will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made on the same day or with less than 24-hour notice will be charged in full and ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
  • All cancellations made by the rental company will receive a full refund
  • RENTALS BOOKED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED RENTAL TIME ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
  • NO SHOWS will be charged in full and ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
