Minimum age to rent an electric car is 23 years
Must show a Valid Driver's License
$15 Mandatory Accredited Insurance Fee. You are required to purchase Physical Damage Protection from Accredited Insurance
Credit Card on file will be charged an authorization hold of $250, and it will be released when I return the vehicle on time with no damages
All laws, rules and regulations apply to the car the same as to regular vehicles
Guest can not rent or drive if under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Understanding and reading of basic English is required to sign legal agreement
Must sign digital waiver and provide photo of license on waiver
Must stay within Key West and Stock Island
Driving range for electric cars is up to 25 miles
Electric cars require to be plugged in overnight for 24 hour rentals. Please check with your hotel to make sure they allow electric cars to be charged. If not, choose one of the gas golf carts
Cars can only be driven on roads where the speed limit does not exceed 35 mph
NO REFUNDS on Early Returns
Renter is responsible for any loss or damage to electric car
